The invention discloses a preparation method of PDAC with serialized relative molecular mass and high monomer conversion rate. According to the method, an industrial product DAC solution is used as araw material, and under a nitrogen atmosphere, a metal ion chelating agent and triallylamine hydrochloride containing a terminal double bond having an average degree of polymerization of 0 to 180 or an oligomer thereof are added, the monomer initial mass fraction ranges from 30.0% to 60.0%, a corresponding water-soluble azo initiator accounts for 0.85%-0.06% by mass of the monomer, and by means oftemperature programmed initiation, heat preservation and curing, a PDAC colloid product with increasing serialized relative molecular mass and high monomer conversion rate is obtained. The colloidalproduct is granulated and dried in a fluidized bed, PDAC dry power is obtained, the serialized relative molecular mass ranges from 2.00 dL / g to 14.00 dL / g on the basis of a characteristic viscometer,the PDAC dry powder is stable and controllable, and the monomer conversion rate is 99.50% or above.
