starch thick mash
fermentation coupling method. According to the method, technical measures such as ''an
organic solvent extraction method'', ''a simultaneous saccharification and
fermentation method'', ''a thick mash
fermentation method'' and the like are adopted; the
acorn tannin is extracted with a compound
ethanol water solution, and by virtue of a novel extracting agent, the linkage between
tannin and
protein is effectively damaged, the extraction amount of the
acorn tannin is increased, and the extraction time is shortened; acorn
powder is added with a certain quantity of the extracting agent and is extracted for several times within a certain extraction time, and then, the content of tannin in the acorn is decreased below 1.5%; in a thick mash
fermentation system, the acorn
powder in which tannin is removed is taken as a
raw material, is firstly added with liquifying
enzyme under the condition of high
solid content and is subjected to high-temperature
steaming, and the gelatinization process and the liquifying process are combined, so that the fermentation
viscosity is effectively decreased, and the effects of slowly releasing glucose and reducing the glucose effect are achieved; finally, by virtue of synchronous or stepwise diastatic fermentation, the
steaming energy consumption is reduced, the time is shortened, the draining of
wastewater is reduced, and the benefit is increased.
