When the process is used, the emblic leafflower fruit reaches the safety edible standard of oral emblic leafflower fruit decoction pieces, the medicinal ingredients of the emblic leafflower fruit and the quality of dried substances can be retained to a maximum degree by the step of vacuum freezing and drying to improve a medicinal effect, and the emblic leafflower fruit is convenient to process and store, and has high practical value and a bright application prospect.
