The invention relates to an
image acquisition encoding
system and method for virtual
assembly of a
steel box girder. The encoding
system comprises one-dimensional codes, two-dimensional codes, a positioning image, a high-definition camera and a computer, wherein the four one-dimensional codes are sequentially used for representing the
block number, the surface number, the serial number and other information of the
steel box girder; each image comprises four two-dimensional codes; the two-dimensional codes are used for comparison of relations among a plurality of images, rotation angle,
image scale and image positioning, so as to complete mutual
image stitching; each one-dimensional code is positioned between every two two-dimensional codes to form a rectangle; and the positioning image is used for performing position determination on two mutually matched images. The
system and the method have the beneficial effects that through virtual
assembly of the large-scale
steel box girder, the operating
personnel safety is ensured, the labor intensity and resource waste are reduced, and the
assembly precision is improved; and through
image calibration by use of a coding method, images of the steel
box girder can be acquired anywhere in real time, the possibility of
confusion is low, less staff is required in the acquisition process, and the recognition accuracy meets the
engineering requirement.
