system in the production process of special
polyvinyl chloride resin. The
system comprises a discharging filter, a discharging pump, a discharging tank, a latex filter, a first latex conveying pump, a latex
storage tank, a second latex conveying pump, a
drying filter, an atomizer and a
drying tower which are sequentially connected through a pipeline, wherein the latex filter comprises a first cylinder, a first filter cylinder is arranged in the first cylinder, the bottom end of the first filter cylinder makes sealing contact with the bottom surface ofthe first cylinder through a bidirectional sealing
rubber ring, and the top end of the first filter cylinder makes sealing contact with the top surface of the first cylinder through the cooperation ofthe bidirectional sealing
rubber ring and a
polytetrafluoroethylene gasket; the discharging pump is a double-end-face under-pressure
centrifugal pump; and the first latex conveying pump and the second latex conveying pump are variable-frequency screw pumps. The invention further discloses a conveying method of the latex conveying
system in the production process of the special polyvinyl chlorideresin. According to the latex conveying system and the conveying method thereof provided by the invention, the problems of filter blockage, mechanical seal damage and latex
discharge can be effectively solved.
