computer monitoring software (03). The electronic wristlet (01) comprises a power supply module (10), a
global positioning system (GPS) module (11), an SI4432
wireless module (13) and a warning module (14) which are respectively connected with a
central processing unit (CPU) module (12), wherein the power supply module (10) comprises a charging and electric quantity indication module (101) and a
voltage conversion module (102). The
handset (02) comprises a power supply module (20), a GPS module (21), an SI4432
wireless module (23), a 2.4-inch thin-film
transistor (TFT) screen display module (24), an electronically erasable programmable read-only memory (
EEPROM) module (25), a real-time
clock module (26), a keyboard module (27), a secure digital (SD) card module (28) and a warning module (29) which are respectively connected with a CPU module (22), wherein the power supply module (20) comprises a charging and electric quantity indication module (201) and a
voltage conversion module (202). The special host
computer monitoring software (03) comprises a
database management module (30) and a map information module (31). The
handset (02) acquires position information of the electronic wristlet (01) in a
wireless mode, and then transmits the position information to the special host
computer monitoring software (03) through a universal serial
bus (
USB) interface.
