The invention discloses a novel three-axle swinging platform. The novel three-axle swinging platform can provide a three-freedom-degree swinging movement environment and mainly comprises a base, inner, middle and outer frames, inner, middle and outer axle systems, inner, middle and outer frame swinging rods, inner, middle and outer ball screws, inner, middle and outer stepping motors, inner, middle and outer frame connecting hinges and inner, middle and outer frame inserting pins. When movement-instruction pulse signals transmitted from an industrial control machine is received by the motors, the motors rotate forwards and reversely, the forward-reverse rotary movement of the motors is transformed into reciprocating linear movement by the ball screws, and the frames are pushed by the swinging rods, so that the swinging movement of the three frames of a rotary platform is realized. The novel three-axle swinging platform disclosed by the invention has the advantages that a transmission system is arranged outside the frames, the ball screws are used as moving parts of the transmission system, so that not only is the power of driving motors reduced by utilizing the transmission ratio, and the volume of a platform body is greatly reduced, but also the problems of transmission gaps, noise and efficiency loss and the like of the reciprocating movement are solved.
