Said device is composed of fixing bar, miniature sound sensor and circuit board, its fixing bar is placed over two miniature sound sensors, said two miniature sound sensors are series-connected, and intermediate connection point is earthed, lead-out wires of their two ends are respectively electrically connected with amplifiers of two detection circuits, the signals outputted from said two detection circuits are collected into comparision circuit, and said comprision circuit is connected with output end. Said invention also provides its measurement method and concrete steps.
