plant station in an actually running power
system, adopting a high-precision sending mechanism by the test
plant station, generating an analog data message consistent with a
time mark and a format of an actual PMU message according to an
oscillation test case, and sending the analog data message to a message
bus; and performing oscillation detection on the analog data message received by the message
bus by applying an oscillation monitoring
algorithm, and comparing an oscillation detection result with the oscillation characteristics of the corresponding
oscillation test case to obtain an
evaluation result of the oscillation monitoring
algorithm. The method can truly reflect the performance of the oscillation monitoring algorithm in an actual environment without influencing the actual operation of a
power grid, improves the accuracy and reliability of the algorithm, has the advantages of high authenticity, high reliability and comprehensive coverage, and is suitable for
online evaluation and optimization of the oscillation monitoring algorithm of the power
system.
