A sheath and a clamping sleeve, which are matched with the upper reducing channels and the lower reducing channels in shape, are arranged in the upper reducing channels and the lower reducing channels respectively. A hollow cylindrical ring is arranged between the sheath and the clamping sleeve. Lead grooves are formed in the sheath and the clamping sleeve. A cable sequentially passes through the sheath, the cylindrical ring and the clamping sleeve, and the upper flange and the lower flange are pressed and sealed through fasteners. A thermocouple temperature measuring line is led out by arranging a penetration piece on a rack; meanwhile, the sealing performance of the lead under various complex working conditions is guaranteed, the good sealing performance of the rack at thetemperature measurement lead under the complex test environment working conditions can be achieved, development of thermal oscillation test design is facilitated, and a sealing means is provided forother racks needing lead sealing.
