This invention provides an intelligent electronic anti-misoperation lock for 10kV load
switchgear. Addressing the problems of traditional 10kV
switchgear copper locks, such as cumbersome operation, lack of insulation protection, and susceptibility to misoperation, this new design employs an integrated transmission
locking mechanism that can simultaneously lock two lock holes on one side. Rotating the lock hole and latch via a key-operated
handle, and then coordinating with the transmission frame and shaft, locks and unlocks the
switchgear baffle
locking mechanism via a limit pin. The intelligent circuit board integrates a
voltage detector and a collision
alarm device, combined with conductive
metal primary and secondary locking rods, enabling real-time monitoring of leakage and collision conditions, and emitting audible and visual alarms via buzzers and indicator lights. An insulated
handle and a high-strength plastic lock body ensure operator safety. This anti-misoperation lock is simple and efficient to operate, offers excellent safety performance, effectively prevents misoperation, provides real-time feedback on equipment status, and improves the safety and reliability of
power equipment operation.
