The invention relates to an energy saving fuzzy-control device and an energy saving fuzzy-control method for an intelligent refrigerator. A compressor is connected with a solenoid valve I through a condensing tube, a dew-removing tube and a drying filter sequentially. The solenoid valve I is connected with a solenoid valve II, a first-chamber capillary tube and a first-chamber evaporator; the solenoid valve II is connected with a second-chamber capillary tube, a second-chamber evaporator and a third-chamber capillary tube respectively; the first-chamber evaporator, the second-chamber evaporator and the third-chamber capillary tube are connected in parallel and then connected in series with the third-chamber evaporator. The energy saving fuzzy-control method includes creating fuzzy coefficient, building the relation among the three independent chambers under control of an MCU (microprogrammed control unit) according to a fuzzy function expression, refrigerating the three chambers until reaching the power-off temperature by means of one-step on and off of the compressor, and gradually controlling the temperature of each chamber to be in the set-temperature difference interval along the on and off cycle. The fuzzy-control method has the advantages that real-time quick judgment is made, uncertainties such as ambient temperature variation or refrigerator door opening / closing frequency are taken into consideration, control processing is simple, start times of the compressor is reduced, and further power consumption and noise are reduced and service lives of the compressor and an electronic control panel are prolonged.
