This invention proposes a method for assembling a lightweight derrick, comprising the following steps: preparing an
assembly site and configuring embedded ground bells; disassembling the derrick body into four components: upper, upper right, lower left, and lower right, respectively labeled a, b, c, and d; horizontally assembling components c and d, pre-tightening structural bolts; vertically assembling components b, c, and d together; horizontally assembling component a, installing outfitting parts, and erecting the
assembly; hoisting component a onto components b, c, and d; and installing and laying pipelines, cables, and equipment between the components to complete the derrick
assembly. This invention provides clear
visibility of the straightness, verticality, and overall dimensions of the main structure in a horizontal configuration, allowing for more precise and clear control; it grounds high-altitude operations, greatly reducing construction difficulty and improving efficiency; it is applicable to the assembly of all lightweight derricks, has wide applicability, and improves the safety and efficiency of the entire construction process.
