Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the convolutional LSTM network is used as a middle layer, deep space-time association feature extraction is performed on spatial features extracted by the bottom ResNet network, accordingly, the prediction performance of the network model can be improved, the hidden state of the convolutional LSTM can be received by the aid of the full connection layer, and a final prediction result can be generated.

A fence formed by PVC pipes and polyvinyl net is divided from top to bottom into an upper layer of floating plant growing region, a middle layer of artificial medium region and a lower layer of artificial medium region, wherein water plants with relatively developed root systems are planted on the upper layer; a biological membrane is formed on the middle layer by hanging pieces with rough surfaces and acts together with the root region of the plants on the upper layer, and organic substances are decomposed by oxygen generated by the plants; floating filler net is hung on the lower layer, and is filled with anaerobic bacteria according to different forming reasons of the black and odorous rivers, wherein the anaerobic bacteria are attached to an artificial hanging membrane, and domesticated to achieve high tolerance and degradation capability to pollutants. The three-dimensional floating bed provided by the invention has the advantages as follows: the manufacturing method of the floating bed is simple and convenient, the cost is lower, and the three-dimensional floating bed has an enhanced improvement effect on black and odorous rivers with high pollutant burdens.

Anionic membrane takes a polymer containing chloromethyl group as a main chain; in preparation, the chloromethylation of polymer anionic membrane and ionization of the main chain are carried out successively, a biguanide or multi-guanide structural aquogel is prepared, and the aquogel performs thermal polymerization at original site in the membrane to form a membrane; at last, through the alkali treatment, the anion-exchange membrane is obtained. The guanidine type polymer contains a lot of guanidine radicals capable of conducting anion easily, and the ion conductivity can be effectively improved; the water-retaining ability of silane can also improve the ionic conduction ability of the membrane; the ion group is free from beta-H, so that Hofmann degradation can be eliminated; the super absorbent and inflation resistance of aquogel can improve water content of membrane, reduce OH- salvation degree, lighten attack of ON- to ion base, and improve the alkali stability of the membrane; the crosslinking structure can further inhibit the membrane swelling. The prepared membrane is high in water absorbent, low in swelling rate, and able to obviously improve the alkali stability of the membrane.
