The invention provides structural units of an
optical fiber line, and the structural units comprise a
metal corrugated tube, a plurality of
carbon steel wires, a stainless steel mesh and an outer tubewhich are wrapped from the inside to the outside of the
optical fiber, wherein an elastic support material is filled between the
metal corrugated tube and the outer tube, one end of the outer tube isprovided with a plug and a first clamping sleeve, and the other end of the outer tube is provided with a joint and a second clamping sleeve, one end of the joint is inserted into the stainless steelmesh and then fixed through the second clamping sleeve, and the other end of the joint is provided with a
retaining ring and a sealing ring. The invention also provides the
optical fiber line comprising a plurality of structural units of the optical
fiber line connected in sequence from end to end. The
metal corrugated tube controlling the optical
fiber line is of an uninterrupted structure, whichis consistent with the optical
fiber. The optical fiber line of the invention provides sufficient protection for the optical fiber, can be designed in length to obtain high applicability, can be bentto a certain degree and maintain a stable attitude, and at the same time has good vibration damping effects, stretching and
water resistance, insulation, abrasion resistance and easy use.
