The culture medium is reasonable in collocation and comprehensive in nutrition, can quickly promote rooting and stem generation, improves contents of polysaccharide and amino acid in the dendrobium officinale, shortens the culture cycle of the dendrobium officinale, improves the survival rate of transplanting of the dendrobium officinale, and reduces cost of production.
