According to the present invention, the catalytic-biochemical coupling treatment of the difficultly-degraded organic wastewater and the regeneration and recycling of the catalyst are achieved so as to increase the recycling efficiency of the catalyst, reduce the cost, reduce the biological toxicity of the advanced oxidation intermediate, improve the effluentwater quality, and reduce the environmental risk.

The compatilizer is utilized to well solve the problem of embrittlement when the regenerated flame-retardant HIPS and the regenerated flame-retardant ABS are simply blended, and enhances the tensile strength of the HIPS on the premise of ensuring the flame retardancy and toughness of the material. No additional grafting compatilizer is added to enhance the compatibility of the material.
