The invention provides a shrimp, rice and lotus root combined ecological planting and breeding method which includes the steps of (1) applying a base fertilizer: taking a wormcast organic fertilizer and pig and cattle pen manure as the base fertilizer; (2) digging shrimp ditches before lotus roots are planted, controlling the water level height from the tops of the shrimp ditches to a water surface, planting the lotus roots, when main lotus roots of the lotus roots enter into a primary ripening stage, increasing a water level, interplanting late rice, and putting shrimp seeds 7-10 days after late rice transplanting; (3) during a lotus root seedling stage, performing topdressing for the first time, applying wormcast organic fertilizer and urea in a combined mode, when 5-6 lotus leaves grow out, performing topdressing for the second time, applying the wormcast organic fertilizer and a potassium sulfate type compound fertilizer in a combined mode, and in the mature period of the lotus roots, performing topdressing for the third time, and applying the wormcast organic fertilizer and the urea in a combined mode; and (4) feeding palatable pellet feed obtained by compound fermentation of earthworms to the shrimp ditches at different points. According to the shrimp, rice and lotus root combined ecological planting and breeding method, through more scientific and reasonable fertilizer application, a soil structure, nutrients and water quality of an interplanting field are guaranteed, stable high yield of rice coupling interplanting is achieved, and the survival rate and yield of shrimp culture are improved.
