The invention relates to a method and a device for directionally emitting sound waves with high sound intensity. In the method, an array signal processing circuit is adopted to respectively drive multiple paths of loudspeaker arrays to realize remote directional transmission of the high sound intensity sound waves. Signal processing comprises three processing parts which are frequency division processing, frequency band pre-weighting processing and wave bundle forming processing. Firstly, broadband digital signals are decomposed into a plurality of sub frequency band signals through the frequency division processing; secondly, based on a psychoacoustic mold, each sub frequency band signal subjects to gain adjustment through the frequency band pre-weighting processing according to psychoacoustic parameters; and finally, the phase of input signals of each path of small array is adjusted through the wave bundle forming processing, and output sounds of each path are equidirectionally superposed at a far field position so as to enhance the directivity. In the device, the array signal processing circuit is adopted to respectively drive multiple paths of the loudspeaker arrays and an integral type piezoelectric ceramic transducer array so as to realize the remote and directional transmission of the high sound intensity sound waves.

Waterborne polyurethane hot melt adhesive as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention belongs to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, and discloses a waterborne polyurethane hot melt adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyether polyol in a reaction kettle, heating to 120-130 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation, water removal and cooling; (2) under the condition of stirring, dropwise adding a catalyst into the reaction kettle and then adding polyisocyanate, heating to 80-88 DEG C, and carrying out a heat preservation reaction to obtain a mixture; (3) dropwise adding a carboxylic monomer solution into the mixture, adjusting the temperature, and carrying out heat preservation reaction to obtain a crude product; (4) adding acetone into the crude product, increasing the rotating speed of a stirrer, cooling to 35-40 DEG C, adding a neutralizing agent for neutralization, taking out the obtained material, adding distilled water, and conducting high-speed shearing emulsification and rotating evaporation to obtain the waterborne polyurethane hot melt adhesive. The waterborne polyurethane hot melt adhesive provided by the invention is low in melt temperature, and high in solid content and stripping force, and remains in a liquid state at normal temperature; meanwhile, the preparation method is mild in reaction condition and low in energy consumption; the waterborne polyurethane hot melt adhesive is applied to the field of adhesives.

Container lid for vacuum sealing having locking parts and vacuum-sealed container employing same

Disclosed is a container lid for vacuum sealing which generates negative pressure in the internal space of a container, which is provided by covering the open upper part of a container main body, and seals same. An annular packing is mounted so as to go around the inner surface of a lid main body, and a check valve is mounted in the inner part of the outer surface of the lid main body. The check valve generates negative pressure in the internal space of the container by allowing air inside the container to flow to the outside but preventing outside air from flowing into the container when a pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the container. A plurality of self catching protrusions are provided respectively at a plurality of points on the edges of the lid main body, and a plurality of locking members are mounted respectively and pivotably in sections adjacent to the plurality of self catching protrusions. Each locking member comprises: self-locking protrusions which are press-fitted and coupled to the self catching protrusions in a closed state so that the locking members are not released; and main body-locking protrusions which prevent the container lid from being taken off from the container main body by being caught by the circumference of the opening part of the container main body or a main body catching protrusion, even if the container lid rises due to the expansion of the packing as a result of a decrease in the negative pressure generated inside the container.
