stator shot production, which comprises an
operating table, a clamping device for clamping and rotating the
stator shot, a pin pushing device for pin inserting operation, the pin pushing device being installed on the
operating table and comprising a sliding block, a top block and a dredging needle, a needle feeding device for automatically feeding PIN needles into the pin pushing device, a driving device for driving the pin pushing device and the needle feeding device, and a supporting
assembly for supporting the needle body of the PIN needle during pin inserting operation. The setting of the pin pushing device enables the dredging needle to dredge the reserved hole before each PIN needle is inserted into the stator shot, and the impurities adhering to the inner wall of the reserved hole are
cut off by the scraping piece on the surface of the dredging needle, so that the PIN needle can be smoothly inserted into the reserved hole, and the PIN needle is prevented from being deformed due to the existence of impurities in the reserved hole.
