The invention discloses a nitrile rubber of a peroxide fast curing system and a preparation method thereof. The nitrile rubber contains by weight 100-200 parts of nitrile rubber, 4-9 parts of a peroxide vulcanizing agent, 1.2-2.7 parts of an auxiliary crosslinking agent and an adjuvant composition.
