The invention discloses titanium-containing taphole repairing stemming and a preparation method thereof. The stemming is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 15%-25% of regenerated corundum particles, 0.5%-5% of kyanite, 1%-25% of regenerated silicon carbide particles, 5%-15% of crushed materials of carbon roasting, 5%-15% of nanometer high-purity vanadium-titanium powder, 5%-15% of fine silicon carbide powder, 0.5%-8% of green silicon carbide micro-powder, 5%-25% of ferrosilicon nitride, 5%-15% of clay, 0.5%-5% of an additive and 10%-18% of a composite binding agent, wherein the composite binding agent is formed by mixing environment-friendly coal tar, environment-friendly high-temperature asphalt and a wetting agent and has a benzo(a)pyrene content of smallerthan 180 mg/kg and a moisture content of smaller than or equal to 1%. A stemming product prepared by the method is good in plasticity, easy for mud making and opening formation, moderate in drying speed, micro-expanded in high-temperature volume, high in taphole repairing capacity, small in addition amount of the composite binding agent, capable of recovering taphole depth in a short time, stablein tapping time, stable in anti-scouring performance, free of phenomena such as iron leakage and taphole breakage, and free of damp mud, dense smoke and yellow smoke during use.
