The invention relates to the field of 
printing ink and particularly relates to anti-clogging and high-temperature-resisting 
polyvinyl butyral spray ink. The ink is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of glyzinc, 2-5 parts of 
lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene, 0.1-0.2 part of 
lithium acetate, 6-8 parts of a 
magnesium ferrite 
pigment, 24-32 parts of 
dimethyl carbonate, 3-5 parts of 
phenyl salicylate, 2-3 parts of 
stearyl alcohol, 8-12 parts of absolute ethyl 
alcohol, 26-35 parts of 
polyvinyl butyral resin and 1-2 parts of auxiliaries. The ink takes the 
polyvinyl butyral resin as an adhering material, is good in softness and flexibility and good in transparency, can 
resist light and cold, and can be adhered to the surfaces of various kinds of materials well. The 
lithium acetate and the glyzinc can prevent the ink from crystallizing and improve the 
heat resistance of coatings, and the auxiliaries can improve the wettability of ink so as to enable the ink to be easily sprayed. The ink has the advantages of 
low toxicity, environmental friendliness, controllable 
viscosity and good liquidity, is prevented from color change and falling off in high-temperature environment, is moderate in 
drying speed, is not easily clogged, and is efficient in spraying.
