system for an
engineering driller. A drilling
hydraulic cylinder and a
hydraulic motor driving
drill component are adopted to achieve drilling, and moreover, the control for a drilling
stroke is achieved by the drilling
hydraulic cylinder through a
pulley block; the
layout of the drilling
hydraulic cylinder is flexible, the equipment
layout space is optimized, so that a drilling component has larger rising space and dropping space basically, the drilling
stroke is increased, the drilling movement times are reduced, and accordingly, the drilling construction efficiency is improved; meanwhile, with the optimization provided by the invention, the equipment
layout space can be used sufficiently, and then the driller is enabled to be compact in structure; a
hydraulic pressure driving structure and electrohydraulic control are adopted to achieve stepless speed regulation, and the
system can be suitable for drilling requirements of different strata; a power head drive adopts a
hydraulic motor drive and can reduce the speed by combining machinery, so that the reliability of
power transmission is further increased, and adjustable range of torque change is larger; and during a use process of the equipment, the labor intensity is reduced, and the use cost and the manual cost are saved, so that the
system can be used for construction of
engineering pile holes and can meet the
processing requirement.
