The invention discloses a polymer based nanometer cone structure SERS substrate which is prepared from a polymer with a nanometer cone structure and a three-dimensional noble metal nanometer particle array; and noble metal nanometer particles are uniformly inlaid in the polymer nanometer cone structure surface. The SERS substrate has the advantages of excellent transparency, excellent flexibility, excellent uniformity, high sensitivity, light weight, foldable ability, portability and liability in treatment and can be applied to the field of in-situ detection of pesticide residues on the surfaces of vegetables and pollutants in an aqueous solution. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the SERS substrate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a conical porous alumina template by utilizing a multistep anodic oxidation method; depositing the noble metal nanometer particles on the conical porous alumina template; and copying the nanometer cone structure of the conical porous alumina template on the polymer by utilizing a nanometer imprinting technology, and transferring the noble metal nanometer particles onto the polymer to obtain the SERS substrate. The invention disclose flexible Dye-sensitized Solar Cells (DSSCs) based on a titanium dioxide nanometer rod array film. The DSSCs comprise flexible quasi-one-dimensional photoanodes, a dye sensitizing agent, electrolyte and flexible counter electrodes. The flexible quasi-one-dimensional photoanodes are composed of a flexible transparent conductive substrate, a TiO2 nanometer particle thin layer and a TiO2 nanometer rod array thin layer which are superposed from outside to inside. The TiO2 nanometer particle thin layer is closely connected with the flexible transparent conductive substrate. The TiO2 nanometer rod array thin layer grows on the TiO2 nanometer particle thin layer. Dye is absorbed on the TiO2 nanometer rod array. The kraft paper coated by the PVDC latex can be used for packaging of foods such as peanuts, melon seeds and walnuts. The PVDC latex is obtained by a mixed monomer, an auxiliary, an initiating agent, an emulsifying agent and a seeded emulsifying agent, wherein the mixed monomer contains a certain amount of vinylidene chloride, vinyl cyanide, butyl acrylate and acrylic acid, and the seeded emulsifying agent contains sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and a 2A-1 emulsifying agent. The prepared PVDC latex is good in stability and free of emulsification breaking and sediment after placed for 24 months under temperature of 30 DEG C and relative humidity (RH) of 70%. Monomer residual volume in the latex is lower. The kraft paper coated by the PVDC latex has the advantages of being environment-friendly, degradable, good in heat tightness, waterproof, damp proof and the like. When coating amount of the latex is 20g / m2, steam transit amount is less than or equal to 3g / m2.24h and oxygen permeability is less than or equal to 6g / m2.24h, monomer residual amount of the vinylidene chloride is less than or equal to 1ppm or not detected, and heating sealing intensity can reach 3N / 15mm.
