raw material of the noodle is prepared by raw materials of 80 to 86 wt% of 
wheat flour, 10 wt% of black hen eggs, 2 wt% of strain and 10 to 18% of functional materials. The functional materials include qi-tonifying materials of yam, blood-enriching matter of tuber fleeceflower root, liver wind-extinguishing materials of 
gastrodia tuber, heart-nourishing and nerve-soothing matters of arborvitae seed, galangal fruit seed, tuckahoe and longan, 
resuscitation-inducing and fragrant matter of 
acorus calamus, 
diuresis and dampness-excreting matter of tuckahoe, interior-warming matter of common fennel fruit and astringing matter of 
oyster, with each functional matter taking account for 1 to 1.5%. The production process of the invention comprises the following steps of 
raw material inspection, 
drying, 
grinding, mixing, 
biological fluids preparing, bio-
fermentation, debitterizing, mixing, noodle pressing, 
drying and packaging. The present invention combines the ancient anaerobic subterranean pot natural zymotechnics with modern aerobic zymotechnics, creatively invents a novel
