The invention relates to long-acting
hydrogen release particles for targeted anchoring of apoplexy
inflammation blood vessels as well as a preparation method and application of the long-acting
hydrogen release particles. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1.1) completely and uniformly mixing ZrSiraw material
powder, a dispersing agent and a
solvent in a
mass ratio of 100: (50-1000): (10-10000); 1.2) transferring the mixture into a
ball mill for ball milling at a ball milling speed of 200-1000
revolutions per minute for 1-7 days; 1.3) carrying out graded
centrifugation on the ball-milled solution, and collecting particles with the particle size of 50-200 nanometers; and 1.4) washing, centrifuging again to obtain the required ZrSi nano-particles, dispersing the ZrSi nano-particles into a
solvent, and storing in a
nitrogen environment. In cerebral apoplexy, the nanoparticles anchored on inflammatory blood vessels do not need to pass through the
blood brain barrier, so that potential safety risks caused by the nanoparticles to brain
parenchyma are avoided. And moreover, Hs can be generated in local
hydrolysis, and then the Hs pass through the
blood brain barrier, so that safe and effective
brain cell protection is realized. And
hydrogen can be continuously released, so that
continuous treatment is realized, and accumulation of nanoparticles in brain
parenchyma is avoided.
