The present invention relates to hybrids of brown grouper and grouper and their production methods, and more particularly to the use of two species of brown grouper and grouper in two families, and hybrids between the male brown grouper and the male grouper grouper and the hybrid of the male brown grouper and the female grouper grouper production method. The present invention can provide hybrids with high growth rate and excellent quality through the hybridization between highly marketed brown grouper and fast-growing and commercially available grouper grouper. The growth of the initial larvae in the hybrids of the present invention is so fast as to solve the problem of biological bait that becomes a major problem when breeding fish species, thereby contributing to the activation of the Korean aquaculture industry.
