According to the method, a matched pyrite acid making system is built, sulfuric acid is provided, waste hot steam is made full use as a heat source of various procedures, and ferric sulfate and ferrous sulfate generated in a concentration process of waste acid is returned to the acid making system to achieve comprehensive utilization of the iron; and the method can achieve high-efficiency comprehensive utilization, clean production and emission without tailings of mineral resources and energy sources.
