region analysis, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining original image data collected by a head end curved
endoscope, and constructing an image feature space comprising a
target tissue characterization region, a high-reflection instrument characterization region, a dark region characterization region and a hot spot characterization region; determining a compensation corridor parameter set capable of enabling the original image to reach a preset illumination
equalization threshold; extracting critical illumination parameters of the image in the current feature space based on the area proportion of the regional
target tissue and the information entropy, and generating critical illumination parameters including an illumination brightness compensation value and a
light guide beam emergent angle adjustment value through matching analysis of each regional illumination
feature vector and a compensation corridor; and finally, generating a partition lighting control instruction according to the parameters. According to the invention, the problem of non-uniform view brightness caused by spatial deviation of an illumination-observation light path of a bent endoscope is solved, and preferential accurate illumination of a key area is realized.
