A tension and torsion electron tester system loads and collects axial force, torque, axial deformation, torsion angles and other mechanical signals of test pieces, and sound emission signals are collected through a sound emission instrument and an acoustic sensor; on the basis of the material mechanics theory, the calculation formula of the tension and torsion combined breaking stress and the direction thereof is derived; by means of the collected signals and the characteristic distinguishing breaking types, the breaking stress and the breaking surface direction of the test pieces are calculated. By means of the system, the tension-torsion combined breaking mechanics, sound emissioncharacteristics, breaking types, breaking stress and the breaking surface of different metal materials under different loading rates can be obtained and compared.
