The invention discloses an ultrasonic-microwave extraction process for total flavonoids in leaves of Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Paxt., and relates to the technical field of an ultrasonic-microwave extraction process, aiming at solving the problem of an existing method on the content of total flavonoids in leaves of Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Paxt. According to the extraction process, through a single-factor experiment, the influence of seven factors, namely temperature, ethanol concentration, solid-to-liquid ratio, microwave time, extraction number of times, ultrasonic time and grinding particle size, on an extraction rate is investigated, and four factors, namely the temperature, the ethanol concentration, the solid-to-liquid ratio and the microwave time, are determined in an orthogonal experiment; the extraction method is simple and convenient in process, high in product content and is suitable for extraction of total flavonoids in leaves of Ilex cornuta Lindl.ex Paxt.; and a detection method, involving quality standard, is scientific, advanced, rapid and strong in operability.
