The invention belongs to the technical field of
solid waste element detection, and particularly relates to an XRF (X-
Ray Fluorescence) measurement and
analysis method for
solid waste, which comprisesthe following steps of: (1) preparing a sample: taking a
solid waste sample for pretreatment, adding
microcrystalline cellulose, mixing the sample in proportion,
grinding the sample by using an agatemortar, and fully
grinding and mixing the sample to form a new sample for testing; (2) drawing a
standard curve: taking a standard sample, preparing a sample according to the
sample preparation methodin the step (1), taking the sample and performing XRF measurement and analysis on a
machine, recording the X-
ray fluorescence intensity, and drawing a
standard curve; and (3) determining the contentof the elements in the solid waste: performing XRF determination on the tabletting sample prepared in the step (1) on a
machine, and analyzing the content of each element in the sample according to the
standard curve. According to the method, the speed of quantitative and
qualitative analysis of the sample to be detected is high, the accuracy is high, the precision is high, compared with a standard value, the relative error of measurement and
analysis data obtained through the method is small, and the requirement for environment monitoring is met.
