The invention discloses a
dental plaque quantitative detection apparatus using an array
detector to realize the
fluorescence / energy ratio. The apparatus comprises a
light source (1), a focusing and collimating part (2), a dichroscope (3), a
fluorescence collecting part (5), a dispersion element (6), the array
detector (7), a sequential generator (8), an AD converter (9), a transmission controlling and
signal processing module (10) and a display (11), lights emitted by the
light source (1) go through the focusing and collimating part (2), the focused and collimated lights are reflected and reversed by the dichroscope (3), and a tooth sample (4) is irradiated with the reflected and reversed lights; and
fluorescence excited by the tooth sample (4) goes through the fluorescence collecting part (5) and permeates the dichroscope (3), the permeated fluorescence is incident to the dispersion element (6), the array
detector (7) is arranged behind the dispersion element (6), the array detector (7) is connected with the sequential generator (8), the sequential generator (8) is connected with the AD converter (9), the AD converter (9) is connected with the transmission controlling and
signal processing module (10), and the transmission controlling and
signal processing module (10) is connected with the display (11).
