The device adopts a milliohm divertor and one sampling channel of a dual-channel analog-digital converter ADC to sample the stringing current, adopts a voltage sampling resistor and another sampling channel of the dual-channel analog-digital converter ADC to sample the stringing voltage, adopts a build-in temperature sensor of the dual-channel analog-digital converter ADC to measure the working temperature of the fuse, and adopts a self-excited isolated power source to supply power. The device of the embodiments of the invention can be used to overcome various defects in the prior art, can be used to monitor various parameters, such as the photovoltaic battery pack string voltage, current, fuse state, temperature, etc., and has advantages of high acquisition accuracy, no current measurement zero offset, small temperature drift, high accuracy voltage measurement, small occupied space and easy installation.
