The sustained-release agent comprises a carrier and drugs, wherein the drugs are coated with the carrier; the carrier is sodium alginate or chitosan, and the drugs are triple antituberculous compound drugs including rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide or moxifloxacin. The three antituberculous drugs are matrix drug solutions, the sodium alginate or chitosan is a carrier solution, the matrix drug solutions and the carrier solutiona are mixed to prepare a solution, the polymer solution containing drugs is dispersed into fogdrops with a certain diameter by adopting a high-voltage electrostatic droplet mode, and the fogdrops are sprayed into a solidifying liquid to prepare antituberculous drug microspheres under the action of calcium ions. The embolization sustained-release preparation can be used for treating tuberculosis, massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculosis cavity, renal tuberculosis, osteoarticular tuberculosis, genital tuberculosis, tuberculosis of thyroid gland, tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes, tuberculosis of pericardium, tuberculosis of chest wall, pleural tuberculosis and other kinds of tuberculosis in a body.

The invention discloses a multifunctional cardanol-based UV curing reactive diluent as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing anacardol, an acid-binding agent, a polymerization inhibitor, a catalyst and a reaction solvent, dropwise adding acryloyl chloride in an ice-water bath environment at the dropwise adding flow rateof 1-10 drops per second, heating to 10-50 DEG C after dropwise adding is finished, and reacting for 6-12 hours to obtain an intermediate product; and uniformly mixing the intermediate product, acrylic acid, the polymerization inhibitor and the catalyst, heating to 60-100 DEG C, and reacting for 1-5 hours to obtain the multifunctional cardanol-based UV curing reactive diluent. According to the invention, cardanol with wide sources is introduced into a UV curing material system; the content of the cardanol component in the UV-cured reactive diluent exceeds 57%, the proportion of the traditionalpetroleum-based raw material in the UV-cured reactive diluent is greatly reduced, a new application direction is opened up for vegetable oil resources, the economic value of the vegetable oil resources is improved, and the production cost is reduced.

Cancer promotion activity quantitative determination method and screening method of cancer promoter

A quantitative method for detection of cancer promotion activity of analytes. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a suitable cell model, and dividing the cells into donor cells and recipient cells according to the demand; adding two fluorescent probes in the donor cells and incubating; conducting mixed culture on the donor cells and recipient cells according to the proportion; adding the analyte into a test group of mixed culture cells, wherein the control group is not supplemented; incubating for a certain time, and measuring the number of one fluorescent probe, in the donor cells of test group and control group, transferring to the single positive cells in recipient cells by using a flow cytometry; calculating Te (Transfer effects) values of the two groups, and respectively representing with Tecon and Tetest, wherein Te equals to the number of single positive cells / number of single donor cell * 100%; using TeR to represent the relative value of Te of the analyte, wherein TeR equals Tetest / Tecon * 100%; and evaluating the tumor promotion activity of the analyte according to TeR of the analyte, wherein lower TeR indicates higher activity of the analyte. The invention also relates to application of the above method to in vitro screening of cancer promoters; and when Te is less than 90%, the analyte can be identified as a cancer promoter.
