Incandescence is the emission of electromagnetic radiation (including visible light) from a hot body as a result of its temperature. The term derives from the Latin verb incandescere, to glow white. Incandescence is a special case of thermal radiation. Incandescence usually refers specifically to visible light, while thermal radiation refers also to infrared or any other electromagnetic radiation.

The invention discloses a high efficiency incandescent and Compact Fluorescent (CFL) bulb replacement LED lamp having a good color reproduction. The LED light bulb includes two groups of semiconductor light emitters and a luminescent material to emit four different spectrums of light. The two groups of semiconductor light emitters are enclosed around an interior wall of the light bulb housing, which has a plurality of fins at an exterior surface for effective heat dissipation. A high reflective member having a dome shape in the center is disposed under the two groups of semiconductor light emitters to redirect the emission and excitation lights from the two groups of semiconductor light emitters and recycle the backscattered light for multi-spectrum light mixing. The LED-light bulb further includes a single power line connecting to the two groups of semiconductor light emitters and a high efficiency electrical AC/DC conversion and control device. The light bulb has a diffuser dome for an output window and a conventional Edison-mount screw-type light bulb socket, a conventional fluorescent tube coupler arrangement or a conventional halogen MR-16 socket arrangement connecting to an AC power base. If a voltage is supplied to the AC/DC conversion and control device, a mixture light from the diffuser dome produces a warm white light with a color rendering index of at least 85 and a luminous efficacy of at least 80 lumens per watt.

Large-scale cultivation method and quality detection method of cordyceps militaris fruit bodies

The invention discloses a large-scale cultivation method and a quality detection method of cordyceps militaris fruit bodies, comprising the steps of: (1) screening spawn; (2) preparing a rice solid culture medium (40-55 parts of rice and 45-60 parts of nutrient solution in every 100 parts by weight) and killing bacteria; (3) preparing liquid spawn: activating the spawn, inoculating the spawn into a liquid culture medium, conducting static culture for 24 hours and performing suspension culture on a shaking table; (4) culturing fruit bodies: inoculating the liquid spawn on the solid culture medium for dark culture for 6 days at the temperature of 20 DEG C until the surface of the medium is covered by mycelium; placing the well grown mycelium under incandescence with light intensity of 100 to 300 lux, wherein during a primordium growth phase, illumination is performed for 20-24 hours per day at the temperature of 20-24 DEG C; and during a fruit bodies growth phase, illumination is performed for 8-12 hours per day at the temperature of 18-20 DEG C and the fruit bodies are harvested 5 to 8 days after mature. The cordyceps militaris fruit bodies cultured by the method have the advantages of high yield and high content of active ingredients. Batches of cordyceps militaris fruit bodies have fingerprints with a similarity value greater than 0.950, indicating stable and controllable quality.

The LED candle-type lamp provided by the invention can be applied to different candle-type ceiling lamps or other ceiling lamps with covers, and solves the problem that the traditional energy-saving lamp can not be applied to an incandescence candle lamp environment.

The invention discloses a multicomponent simultaneous measurement device in optics engine cylinder combustion process, and the multicomponent simultaneous measurement device is used to study the formation mechanism of carbon smoke in an engine cylinder. 266nm, 283nm and 1064nm three beams of detection laser are generated by cooperation of a Nd: YAG laser and a dye laser with a frequency doubling crystal group and a laser reflector group; energy distribution of the three beams of detection laser is achieved by adjustment of the angle of the frequency doubling crystal group, the three beams of detection laser excite polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon fluorescence, hydroxyl fluorescent fluorescence and carbon smoke incandescence; a beam splitter mirror group, a filter group, a ICCD (Intensified charge coupled device) camera group and an acquisition computer group are used for acquisition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon fluorescence, hydroxyl fluorescent fluorescence and carbon smoke incandescence signals; and the laser induced fluorescence and laser induced incandescence methods can be used for qualitative measurement of the concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, hydroxy and carbon smoke in an optics engine cylinder. The three components can be simultaneously measured only by use of one Nd: YAG laser and one dye laser, and the measuring device cost and the operation difficulty can be greatly reduced.
