This invention relates to the field of steel structure
welding, and more particularly to a
fully automatic welding device for prefabricated steel structure beams. The device includes a U-shaped channel steel, with two sets of miniature hydraulic jacks fixedly connected to the inner walls of both sides of the U-shaped channel steel. A support frame is fixedly connected to one end of each miniature hydraulic jack, and a
metal roller is rotatably connected inside the support frame. A miniature motor is fixedly connected to the top of each
metal roller, and two sets of hydraulic jacks are fixedly connected to the bottom of both sides of the U-shaped channel steel. This
fully automatic welding device for prefabricated steel structure beams, through the arrangement of the U-shaped channel steel, miniature hydraulic jacks,
metal rollers, miniature motor, hydraulic jacks, fixed steel plate, turntable,
drive motor, telescopic arm, and
welding torch, achieves integrated automatic clamping, movement, and welding operation on the steel beam. The turntable can drive the
welding torch to rotate circumferentially, adapting to different weld positions and improving the degree of
automation and applicability of the
welding process.
