The invention relates to a method for separating and purifying exenatide on a large scale and in particular relates to a method for separating and purifying exenatide by utilizing a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) on a large scale, and the method can be used for solving the problems of high cost, low yield, long production period and the like caused by utilizing the RP-HPLC to separate and purify the exenatide. The method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving crude exenatide in an acetic acid-acetonitrile aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic processing and membrane filtration, and then taking out filtrate for later use; 2) separating and purifying a filtrated crude product by using a high performance liquid chromatograph; 3) carrying out decompressed rotary evaporation and concentration on a 98.5% target peptide solution which is separated and purified, and collecting concentrated liquid for later use; 4) processing the concentrated liquid through a reversed-phase dynamic axial compression column so as to convert the concentrated liquid into acetate by using an ion exchange method; and 5) carrying out decompressed rotary evaporation and concentration and freeze drying on qualified acetate so as to obtain a white flocculent powder product, and inspecting the powder product so that a final product is obtained after qualification. The method for separating and purifying the exenatide provided by the invention is suitable for industrial separation and purification of exenatide.

The invention discloses a steady-state and dynamic characteristic equivalent circuit and method of a single-sided liner induction motor for traffic actuation. According to the invention, on the basis of one-dimensional model of the motor, an air gap magnetic flux density equation is established; an air gap and all field quantities and complex powers in a guide plate are solved by combining a primary current and a boundary condition; and then a field circuit complex quantity power equal principle is utilized to deduce a secondary resistance value and an excitation reactance value, thereby establishing a single-phase equivalent circuit. Five correction parameters are used for respectively correcting influences on the secondary resistance value and a mutual inductance value by a longitudinal end effect, a horizontal edge effect and a semi-filling groove. On the basis of the principle of power conservation and coordinate transformation, a two-phase dynamic equivalent circuit is also constructed. Because of utilization of the correction coefficients, influences on the motor mutual inductance, the primary resistance, the air gap equivalent magnetic potential and the equivalent air gap length by the longitudinal end effect, the horizontal edge effect, the semi-filling groove, and the air gap magnetic circuit saturation can be effectively corrected; the steady-state and dynamic driving characteristics of the liner induction motor can be represented accurately; and the steady-state and dynamic driving analyzing difficulty of the liner induction motor can be substantially reduced.

New method for determining first contact miscibility pressure of CO2/oil phase system by using interface phenomena

Based on the importance of first contact miscibility pressure parameters of a co2/oil phase system and the lack of current measurement methods, the present invention provides an intuitive and flexiblemeasurement method that satisfies the requirements for efficient and accurate testing of the first contact miscibility pressure parameters. In the measurement method, CO2 is injected into a pressurevessel to form a surrounding phase during experiments, after stabilization, an oil phase is injected into the pressure vessel at a constant flow rate, the injection process is taken by a CCD camera, and a computer is used for screenshot. A 10% rule is adopted, namely, a region where a local image gray value differs from an average image gray value by more than 10% does not exceed 10% of the totalarea in a frame, a tendency to be unified of physical parameters in the region is determined, the influence of an interphase mass transfer process on a two-phase dynamic miscibility process is negligible, and reach of a first miscibility point of CO2/oil phase can be determined. The invention provides a high-resolution photoacoustic imaging method based on multi-angle observation, which comprises the following steps: when a pulse laser irradiates on biological tissues, producing a photoacoustic signal; simultaneously observing the photoacoustic signal by a multi-element array ultrasonic probe, and collecting, storing and uploading all the collected photoacoustic signals to a computer; quickly reconstructing the photoacoustic image on the computer on the basis of a phased dynamic focusing algorithm and a reverse coordinate transformation algorithm; and realizing the multi-angle observation on the biological tissues to be observed by changing dynamic focusing parameters, and carrying out the data fusion treatment on the images observed from different angles. The method realizes the multi-angle observation on the biological tissues to be observed and effectively enhances the lateral resolution and the signal-to-noise ratio of the image; by adopting a distributedquick reconstruction algorithm on the computer, the method increases the imaging speed and realizes the digitalization of the device; and the method realizes the multi-angle and multi-position imaging on the biological tissues to be observed by using the array probe so as to enhance the adaptability and the application range of the system.
