The invention discloses a composite
enzyme compound feed capable of improving the intestinal health of weaned pigs. The composite
enzyme compound feed comprises the components by weight parts: 70-75 parts of wheat, 5-8 parts of wheat
bran, 13-18 parts of bean pulp, 1-5 parts of
fish meal, 0.2-1 part of glucose, 0.1-1 part of
calcium hydrogen phosphate, 0.5-1 part of limestone
powder, 0.1-0.5 part of table salt, 0.5-1 part of L-
lysine hydrochloride, and 1-4 parts of a piglet premix material, and also comprises the components of: 5,000,000 U /
ton of
xylanase and 400,000U /
ton of beta-mannase. After weaned pigs are fed by using the composite
enzyme compound feed for four weeks, the influence of the feed formula to the micro-chyme viscidity of
small intestine contents and the quantity of
escherichia coli can be discussed, and the influence to the growth performance of the weaned pigs can be tested. The results prove that in an experimental group, the viscidity of the
small intestine contents of the piglets is very remarkably reduced, and the quantity of
escherichia coli of
jejunum and
ileum contents is remarkably reduced; and the growth
performance comparison proves that the average daily
gain of the piglets can be remarkably increased. Therefore, after the
xylanase and the beta-mannase with the appropriate proportions are added into a wheat-bean pulp-
fish meal type feed for the weaned pigs, the growth performance of the weaned pigs can be improved by improving the intestinal health of the weaned pigs.
