The invention discloses a protocatechualdehyde cross-linked collagen hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, a collagen solution is subjected to hatching treatment to form collagen fibers by self assembly, and then the collagen fibers are soaked into a protocatechualdehyde solution for a grafting reaction; secondly, a sodium periodate solutionis added to make protocatechualdehyde in the protocatechualdehyde solution perform an oxidation self-aggregation reaction, so that intermolecular cross-linking is formed among the collagen fibers; andfinally, purification treatment is performed, and therefore the protocatechualdehyde cross-linked collagen hydrogel is obtained. According to the preparation method of the protocatechualdehyde cross-linked collagen hydrogel provided by the invention, the protocatechualdehyde is adopted as a cross-linking agent, aldehyde groups of the protocatechualdehyde react with free amino groups in collagen lysine to graft catechol groups on collagen molecules, unreacted protocatechualdehyde molecules react with the catechol groups grafted onto the collagen molecules to form cross-link bonds among the collagen molecules through oxidation self aggregation, so that the three-dimensional network structure of the collagen fibers is reinforced, and the mechanical properties and resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis of the collagen hydrogel are reinforced.

Ethernet transmission circuit

The invention discloses an Ethernet transmission circuit. The Ethernet transmission circuit comprises an Ethernet interface, a first isolation transformer, a second isolation transformer and a protocol conversion chip; the output end of the Ethernet interface is connected to the input end of the first isolation transformer; the output end of the first isolation transformer is connected to the input end of the second isolation transformer; the output end of the second isolation transformer is connected to the protocol conversion chip; the first isolation transformer is connected to an EMC enhanced circuit with a power supply unit; and an EMC enhanced protection circuit is connected between the first isolation transformer and the second isolation transformer. A differential signal received by the Ethernet interface is enhanced and protected through the EMC enhanced circuit connected onto the first isolation transformer and the EMC enhanced protection circuit between the first isolation transformer and the second isolation transformer, and fed into the protocol conversion chip; therefore, in the event that EMC compatible requirements are satisfied, the error rate for Ethernet communication and transmission is further reduced; the data transmission throughput capacity is increased; and the network delay is reduced.

The invention discloses a multifunctional bionic coating for magnesium-base medical materials and devices as well as a preparation method and application of the multifunctional bionic coating. The preparation method of the coating comprises the following steps: 1) preparation of an alkaline catalyst-organic solvent: dissolving and mixing an alkaline catalyst in an organic solvent; 2) preparation of a dopamine monomer solution: dissolving and mixing a dopamine monomer in the alkaline catalyst-organic solvent; and 3) preparation of a coating: immersing a magnesium-base material or a device in the dopamine monomer solution, and promoting in-situ growth through a self-polymerization reaction so as to obtain a required polydopamine coating. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for solving the problem of coating defect due to easy corrosion of the magnesium base in the preparation of the polydopamine coating in a water solution environment; and the prepared coating has the following characteristics and functions: the coating is dense and complete and is capable of significantly improving the corrosion resistance of the magnesium base and delaying degradation, the coating is capable of significantly improving the biocompatibility of magnesium-base materials and devices, and the coating, as an intermediate layer, is capable of achieving secondary functionalization and multi-functionalization; and the coating is simple and convenient in operation process, strong in binding force with a substrate and controllable in thickness.
