The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing an explant for standby application; secondly, placing the explantin a culture medium, and culturing the explant in a dark condition to obtain calluses; thirdly, carrying out subculture on the calluses, and then transferring the calluses into light for culture; fourthly, transferring the calluses subjected to green turning to a bud differentiation culture medium for culture, separating adventitious buds, inoculating the adventitious buds to a rooting culture medium for culture, and obtaining tissue culture seedlings; and fifthly, transplanting the tissue culture seedlings into a matrix, and growing the tissue culture seedlings in a greenhouse to obtain a Campanula medium plant. The method is simple and easy to implement, low in cost and convenient to manage. Compared with existing seed propagation, the method overcomes the defects that cultivation management is not easy after sowing, the germination rate is low in artificial cultivation, and few seedlings are formed. Meanwhile, the growth cycle can be greatly shortened, the reproduction rate is increased, and high-quality seedlings which are consistent in specification and convenient to cultivate and manage are provided in a short time.
