The charge carrier generation is in the picosecond range; thus the exciton and Polaron drift diffusion cause electrical conduction of the polymer layer under Ultraviolet illumination. The low thermal mass of the MEMS based structure reduces localized heating effect due to Infrared radiation, increasing responsivity of the photo-detector.

The maintenance plan generation method comprises the steps of obtaining an annual calendar of a maintenance year; acquiring an inspection rule of the operation route, determining an operation area, an operation frequency and operation time corresponding to the operation route according to the inspection rule of the operation route, and combining the operation area, the operation frequency and the operation time corresponding to the operation route with the annual calendar of the maintenance year to generate an operation calendar of the operation route; obtaining all operation equipment related to the operation route, and forming a scheduling rule according to the operation characteristics of each operation equipment in all the operation equipment and the workload completed within the preset time; and generating an annual operation plan of all the operation equipment according to the operation calendar of the operation route and the scheduling rule. Through the technical scheme provided by the invention, the technical problem of low execution efficiency of the maintenance plan generation method in the prior art can be solved.
