The application discloses a preparation method and application of low-
protein probiotic fermented feed, relates to the technical field of fermented feed and low-
protein daily ration, and comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a low-
protein fermented base material, wherein the low-protein fermented base material comprises, in
mass parts, 45-70 parts of cereal raw materials, 6-22 parts of
plant protein by-products, 8-28 parts of
bran fiber raw materials, 1-6 parts of
fermentable sugar sources, 0.2-2.0 parts of mineral buffer components and 0.15-2.50 parts of
amino acid balancing components, and the crude
protein content of the low-protein fermented base material is controlled to be 10.0-16.5 wt% on a
dry basis; and S2, performing steam conditioning or wet
heat curing treatment on the low-protein fermented base material after being crushed and mixed to obtain a pretreated base material. Through the combination of the low-protein base
material design and the
amino acid balancing components, the crude
protein content of the product is stably controlled to be 10.0-16.5 wt%, and meanwhile, the limiting amino acids such as
lysine,
methionine,
threonine,
tryptophan,
valine and
isoleucine are supplemented, so that the problem of
amino acid mode imbalance caused by the reduction of protein raw materials is avoided.
