The ionic liquid load capacity is controlled to be 2.5 to 25wt% based on the mass of the carrier, the load capacity of Pd is controlled to be 0.05 to 1wt%, the load capacity of S is controlled to be 0.1 to 5wt%. The supported type ionic liquid promoted [PdSCl<x>]<x> compound catalyst possesses relatively high ethyne hydrochlorination reaction activity, and excellent stability; after operation of 2000h, no obvious palladium loss is detected, the highest conversion rate of ethyne is 100%, and the highest vinyl chloride selectivity is 100%.

The present invention discloses an ice coating method for surfaces of quick-frozen fish and relates to the field of aquatic product processing. The ice coating method comprises the following steps: 1,killing live fish and after conducting bloodletting and viscera removal, respectively conducting cleaning with cold water, light salt brine and cold water; 2, conducting quick-freezing to enable thecenter temperature of the fish to be quickly reduced to -25 DEG C or below; 3, soaking the fish in a first ice coating solution for 3-8 seconds and carrying out a first-layer ice coating; 4, soaking the fish in a second ice coating solution for 3-8 seconds and carrying out a second-layer ice coating; 5, conducting modified atmosphere packaging; 6, conducting cryopreservation. The ice coating method uses double layers of ice coats, the first layer of the ice coat are adopted, the first layer of the ice coat is relatively good in oxidation resistance, safe and non-toxic, also does not affect flavor of quick-frozen fish, and can effectively keep the original condition, color and luster and freshness of the quick-frozen fish; and the second layer of the ice coat has good compactness and moisture resistance, is also strong in adhesive force and not easy to sublimate, can well isolate contact between air and fish, effectively maintains the freshness of the quick-frozen fish, and enables thefish to be relatively small in quality characteristic changes after rehydration and have a shelf life of one year.

The invention discloses high-temperature-resistance sustained-release glycoside-type anisealcohol, and an enzymatic preparation method and an application thereof. The high-temperature-resistance sustained-release glycoside-type anisealcohol is anisealcohol-beta-galactoside with a structural formula represented by a formula (I). According to the invention, beta-galactosidase is adopted as a catalyst, and D-lactose is adopted as a glycosyl donor. Under a solvent-free condition, biocatalytic glycosylation modification is carried out upon the spice substance anisealcohol, such that the glycoside-type anisealcohol is obtained. Recombinant beta-galactosidase is adopted, such that higher catalytic efficiency can be obtained. The method provided by the invention is environment-friendly, and has the advantages of mild conditions and high specificity. The obtained anisealcohol-beta-galactoside can resist high temperature, such that the defects such as high volatility and low thermal stability of the natural spice anisealcohol are overcome. A kind of determination method and detection kit of ischemia-modified albumin

The invention provides a method for detecting ischemia modified albumin. According to the method, the characteristic that the binding capacity of the ischemic modified albumin and the cobalt is weakened is utilized, free cobalt in a reaction system is detected by using chemical reagents, the change of the content of the free cobalt is expressed through the change of absorbance, the concentration of the ischemia modified albumin is indirectly expressed, and a color developing agent used in the detection is 2,4-dimercaptopyrimidine and is used for detecting the free cobalt in the reaction system. The method has the advantages that the stability of the color developing agent of the 2,4-dimercaptopyrimidine is higher, the analysis sensitivity is higher, the price is lower, the detection resultis reported based on the concentration of the free cobalt, and the problem that the absorbance of an IMA (ischemia modified albumin) detection result is unstable due to the fact that the performanceof instruments or reagents is different and unstable when the absorbance is adopted for report can be solved. The invention further provides a detection kit for the ischemia modified albumin. The detection kit comprises the reagents used in the method.
