A negative electrode sheet roll material is prepared by a porous copper foil roughening process, a water washing process, a three-dimensional porous copper foil surface passivation process and a coating process. According to the preparation method, before a porous copper foil is subjected to unwinding and coating, a three-dimensional roughening groove is firstdesigned on the surface of the copper foil, and the surface of the copper foil is subjected to three-dimensionally shaped small particle nodulation to increase the specific surface area of the surface of the copper foil and increase the contact area with an active material, the mechanical adhesion is improved, and meanwhile, the roughness of the copper foil is basically maintained unchanged. In the three-dimensional roughening process, the porous characteristic of the copper foil continues to be maintained. After further passivation, the surface of the copper foil is directly squeezed for drying by a squeeze roller but not dried, the copper foil is directly subjected to the slurry coating process, and after the coating is completed, the copper foil enters into the drying and winding process. The preparation method effectively solves the preparation difficulty problem of the three-dimensional porous lithium ion battery negative electrode sheet, improves the adhesion, integrates the foil material three-dimensional stresses and the negative electrode sheet preparation, can efficiently and quickly produces the negative electrode sheet, and saves energy and reduces consumption.
