The invention discloses a fertilizer adapted to indoor flowers and plants planting and production and use methods thereof. The fertilizer comprises the following raw materials by weight: mashed shell of 4 fresh eggs, 0.2kg of crushed soya bean meal, 850 g of rice washing water, 600g of animal giblets or animal carcass and 1kg of plant ash. The preparation method is as follows: the raw materials are put into a wide-mouth container, the wide-mouth container is sealed with a plastic film, and put under the sun in a wind-sheltered site for fermentation for 10 to 25 days until the surface does not bubble; in a ventilated place the rice washing water is added again for fermenting again for 5-8 days, and a fertilizer finished product is obtained by deslagging, filtration and crystallization; when in use, the fertilizer is mixed with charcoal residue, then applied into soil 3-5cm below the soil surface, and then river water or pond water or tap water basked by the sun for more than three days, preferably rainwater is used for irrigating. The fertilizer can be prepared by appropriate change of the raw materials according to plant self characteristics and growth need and according to the pH value of the soil, and can meet the needs of different kinds of flowers and plants.
