The invention discloses health milk, which comprises the following components: 78 to 95 percent of milk, 2 to 13 percent of yam powder, 1 to 5 percent of almond powder, and 0.5 to 4 percent of food additives, wherein the food additives are a flavoring essence, gellan gum, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium alga acid, sucrose fatty acid esters, sodium hexametaphosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, nisin, sucralose and glycerol monostearate. The components are stirred, disinfected and packaged. The health milk has the advantages of low loss of nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and capacity of being absorbed easily. The milk contains all nutrients required by a human body, contains L-tryptophan, and has calming and hypnotic effects; yam contains dioscin (soluble in ethanol), amylase, phlegm and various vitamins; and almond contains flavonoid, polyphenols, an active ingredient of amarogentin, and other nutrients, and has effects of eliminating phlegm, promoting digestion, treating liver, lung and kidney wind deficiency, reducing fat, complementing calcium, preventing and treating lumbocrural pain and rickets in children, strengthening muscles and bones, resisting tumors and the like.
