The invention discloses a
processing method of a multi-pole magnetic ring applicable onto a motor. The
processing method comprises the following steps of: 1, pouring
magnetic powder into a concave die (1.1) on a fixed template (1); 2, pressing the
magnetic powder; and 3, carrying out orientation on the
magnetic powder in respective corresponding regions, wherein the
processing method is characterized in that the step 3 also comprises the following step of: 3.1, in which a plurality of partition plates (5) are arranged in the concave die (1.1), the number of the partition plates (5) is the same as the number of orientational
electromagnet assemblies (4), a magnetic
boundary line (6.1) formed after arbitrary adjacent orientational
electromagnet assemblies (4) are energized is overlapped with the corresponding partition plate (5), and all partition plates (5) are synchronously drawn away by an external driving mechanism (7) after the orientational
electromagnet assemblies (4) are energized. The invention provides the processing method of the multi-pole magnetic ring applicable onto the motor. By the processing method, the magnetic boundary lines of the multi-pole magnetic ring can be high consistency in positions and shapes.
