wax mold; a fixed end four-jaw chuck is installed on the fixed support, a rotatable four-jaw chuck is installed on the movable support, the rotatable four-jaw chuck is connected with the movable support through a bearing, and the fixed end four-jaw chuck and the rotatable four-jaw chuck correspond to each other and are coaxial. One end of a horizontal
seed crystal is mounted on the rotatable four-jaw chuck, and a heating ring is mounted on the outer side of the other end of the
seed crystal; one end of a horizontal
wax mold is mounted on the fixed end four-jaw chuck, and the other end of the seed
crystal corresponds to the other end of the
wax mold. According to the method, orientation errors caused by manual
assembly can be eliminated, seed
crystal orientation is accurately controlled through a mechanical method, and the process of preparing the
single crystal high-temperature
alloy casting for controlling secondary orientation through a seed crystal method is optimized.
