The low-temperature casting material comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is (80-150):100, the weight ratio of oligomer polyol, isocyanate, a viscosity reducer and a plasticizer in the component A is 100:(24-42):(5-20):(8-16), and the weight ratio of a chain extender, a filling agent, a catalyst, a flame retardant, an anti-oxidant, a photostabilizer and a coloring agent in the component B is (10-2):(20-80):(6-12):(6-15):(1-3):(0.5-2):(0.5-1). The low-temperature casting material has the benefits that the glass transition temperature is low, the temperature influence is eliminated when construction is carried out in extremely cold areas at -40 DEG C or above, and the high elasticity of the material can be kept after complete curing; the vibration reduction effect and the noise reduction effect are excellent, and isotropic stiffness, damping properties and physical properties which can meet requirements are provided; the material is environment-friendly, is unlikely to burn, and is safe and reliable.
