The invention provides a feed source locating and focus offset device for compact range measurement. The device is used for precise location and focus offset motion of a feed horn in an electromagnetic measurement process of a compact range. The device mainly comprises left and right transverse movement along the X axis, front and back longitudinal movement along the Y axis, rotation and translation around the Z axis and pitching movement around the phase center of a feed source. Accurate locating and focus offset of the feed source are realized through movement of five freedom degrees, and focus offset measurement is completed. By means of servo control, polarization rotation and uniform rotation at a certain rotation speed of the feed horn can be realized, and RCS (radar cross-section) measurement or antenna measurement is completed. The device comprises an X-axial moving unit, a Y-axial compensation unit, a Z-axial rotating and height adjusting unit, an offset arm, a feed source pitching unit and a feed source polarization unit. Different from a fixed feed source locating device, the device can not only be used for precise location of the feed source during measurement of the compact range in a traditional manner, but also be used for measurement of new demand ways such as focus offset and the like; the device has the advantages of high measurement efficiency, high locating precision and simple and reliable control process.

The acoustic structure comprises a loudspeaker unit, the passive vibrating diaphragm unit and a radiant tube, wherein the passive vibrating diaphragm unit is located at the back of a sound cone of the loudspeaker unit, the radiant tube is arranged on the side face of the loudspeaker unit, one end, exposed in air, of the radiant tube is located on the periphery of the sound cone of the loudspeaker unit and is consistent with the loudspeaker unit in orientation, the passive vibrating diaphragm unit is driven by the loudspeaker unit to vibrate, acoustic waves generated through vibration of the passive vibrating diaphragm unit are emitted through the radiant tube and a radiation port and reach the approximately same sound production point with the loudspeaker unit, the sound production effect of gamut approximate point sound sources is achieved, the phase difference of sound production of the sound cone of the loudspeaker unit and sound production of the passive vibrating diaphragm unit is reduced, and the sound positioning aspect is greatly enhanced. The invention discloses an optical fiber vibration sensing system based on a dual modulation Mach-Zehnder interferometer. The system comprises a Mach-Zehnder interferometer, a host computer and a slave computer arranged at both ends of the interferometer, two coupler, four optical circulators, two phase modulators and two sensing optical fibers. The optical fiber vibration sensing system based on the dual modulation Mach-Zehnder interferometer loads modulating signals sent by the host computer and the slave computer at both ends of the optical fiber interferometer to the phase modulator of the interferometer to realize dual modulation, after modulated signals are coherent, signal sampling and demodulation are realized at an opposite end of a light source, the modulating signals are delayed as demodulating signals in a process of realizing demodulation, so that time delay that the modulated signals reaches a demodulating module through transmission and circuit relay is counteracted, thereby solving the disadvantage that since phase difference between the modulating and demodulating signals is too large, a demodulating result is severely distorted, and further enabling the phase difference between the modulating signals and the demodulating signals of the host computer and the slave computer ends to be greatly reduced, thereby achieving relatively high positioning precision.

The invention discloses a visible light heat reflection temperature measuring device. The device comprises an illumination light path used for providing an illumination pulse signal for a to-be-measured sample, a sample excitation module used for applying excitation pulse signals to the to-be-measured sample, an imaging module used for capturing illumination pulse reflection signals reflected by the to-be-measured sample and acquiring a thermal process image of the to-be-measured sample under the excitation of the excitation pulse signals, wherein the imaging module captures the illumination pulse reflection signals corresponding to the same phases of the excitation pulse signals within the same exposure period; and the phases of the excitation pulse signals corresponding to the illumination pulse reflection signals captured by the imaging module in different exposure periods are different. The thermal process image of a semiconductor device can be realized through the visible light thermal reflection temperature measuring device; and the preset duration is shortened, and the preset phase difference between the illumination pulse signals and the excitation pulse signals is reduced, so that the time precision of the thermal imaging process is improved, and the time resolution is greatly improved.
