The processing method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring polyester resin, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, deionized water, a silicone-acrylic emulsion, an emulsifier, ethanol and a dispersant in a stirrerwith a rotation speed of 125-300 r / min, moving the stirred material into a polymerization reaction kettle, under the protection of a nitrogen gas, adding an initiator dropwise, performing slow heating, performing a polymerization reaction, after the reaction is completed, performing cooling to room temperature to prepare an emulsion of a crude product, adding titanium dioxide, a surfactant, ethylene glycol, a radon absorbing reagent, an anti-settling agent, polydimethylsiloxane, a bactericidal mould inhibitor, eucalyptus oil and deionized water, placing the mixed material into a closed stirrerwith a rotation speed of 250-350 r / min, under the protection of a nitrogen gas, performing slow heating, performing uniform mixing for 1-3 h, opening a cover for discharging a gas to prepare an emulsion of a secondary product, adding a material, performing uniform stirring, performing grinding to prepare white slurry, performing quality inspection, and enabling a product passing the quality inspection to be the finished-product latex paint.
