Method for preparing hydroxyapatite coat/surface activated titanium-based composite coat

The invention discloses a method for preparing a hydroxyapatite coat/surface activated titanium-based composite coat. The method comprises the following steps: 1) performing surface biological activation treatment on titanium or titanium alloy serving as a base material to form a titanium gel layer, and cleaning and drying the titanium base material; 2) preserving the heat of the titanium base material at a high temperature to form an oxidized titanium film; 3) synthesizing hydroxyapatite by using a wet method, and sintering, crushing and sieving the hydroxyapatite to obtain powder; 4) preparing a thin hydroxyapatite coat on the oxidized titanium film by using plasma spraying technology; and 5) putting the hydroxyapatite coat product in a container, and drying the treated product by using water vapor to obtain the hydroxyapatite coat/surface activated titanium-based composite coat. The process is simple; when an obtained coat compound implanted material is implanted to the human body, the material plays a role in bone bridge connection of the hydroxyapatite at the early stage, provides rich calcium and phosphorus elements for bone growth, accelerates the growth of a new bone, and shortens an operation healing stage; and when the hydroxyapatite coat is basically degraded, the bone texture and the metal surface form a direct chemical bond combination.

Epiphyseal plate bone bridge removing device

The invention discloses an epiphyseal plate bone bridge removing device. The device comprises an operation part, an insertion part, a bent part, a front end part, a light guide hose, a light guide plug rod part, a drill bit, a lens, a light hole, a universal flexible shaft, an angle steel wire, a light guide bundle, an image guide bundle, an angle knob and an electric hand drill, wherein the frontend of the operation part is sequentially connected with the insertion part, the bent part and the front end part; the drill bit, the lens and the light hole are arranged on/in the end face of the front end part; the light guide hose and the angle knob are arranged on the side surface of the operation part; the detachable electric hand drill is arranged at the rear end of the operation part; andthe universal flexible shaft, the angle steel wire, the light guide bundle and the image guide bundle are arranged in the insertion part. The design principle of the epiphyseal plate bone bridge removing device is similar to that of a gastrointestinal endoscope, namely an instrument is carried by the insertion part to enter the body to operate a focus part, integrated combination of direct visionand surgical operation is achieved, and the angle of the lens and the angle of the drill bit can be flexibly adjusted during operation, so that the epiphyseal plate bone bridge is effectively and accurately removed.

The invention relates to a hammer vertebra-relaxing and tendon-separating method for treating rachiopathy of a human body. Head, neck, back, waist, arm, leg and foot pains and relevant splanchnic diseases caused by cervical vertebra, thoracic vertebra, lumbar vertebra, lumbar vertebra and bone joint semidislocation can be well treated by applying an apparatus. The hammer vertebra-relaxing and tendon-separating method has the characteristics that 1, due to a proper force, an accurate acting point, a proper mechanical vibration force and a direction force, prominent nucleus pulposus retracts, oppressed cauda equina and connected nerves of dual lower limbs are immediately relaxed, therefore, the pain of lumbar disc herniation is immediately stopped; 2, soft tissues and blood capillaries around damaged bones are optimally stimulated, formation of blood vessel microcirculation is promoted, nutrients are provided for repairing damaged fibrous rings, and further the formation of bone bridges is accelerated; and 3, re-displacement of vertebral bodies is inhibited, and a treatment effect is enhanced, the effect is taken once for common patients, symptoms are remitted by three times, and by only needing light hammering once, the pain can be relieved; and 4, the local vertebra joint semidislocation is instantly corrected, and relative positions of a framework structure are changed.

Allogeneic decalcified bone and titanium stent combined material for rhinoplasty filling and preparation method of allogeneic decalcified bone and titanium stent combined material

The invention relates to an allogeneic decalcified bone and titanium stent combined material for rhinoplasty filling and a preparation method of the allogeneic decalcified bone and titanium stent combined material. The structure comprises a nasal bone matrix made of a titanium alloy, wherein the nasal bone matrix comprises a nose tip, a nose columella and a nose bridge, and the nose bridge is connected with the nose columella through the nose tip; the surface of the nasal bone matrix is densely covered with multiple holes; hollow bodies are formed in the nasal bone matrix and filled with allogeneic decalcified bones, so that the weight of the structure is reduced. The material has the beneficial effects as follows: by means of the designed bone bridge section, and a prosthesis is tightly contacted with the nasal bones and is prevented from displacement or abrasion; by the aid of the holes in the nose bridge, the body fluid can flow into the holes, human tissue is promoted to grow into the holes, the nose and the nose prosthesis are integrated stably, the nose prosthesis is prevented from moving, falling off and festering, and pain of a patient after surgery is prevented. The method is applicable to allogeneic decalcified bone treatment.

Combined instrument for treating spinal column diseases of human body and using method thereof

The invention relates to a combined instrument for treating spinal column diseases of a human body and a using method of the combined instrument. Pains, caused by staggered joints of the cervical vertebra, the thoracic vertebra, the lumbar vertebra, the sacral vertebrae and the bones, of the head, the neck, the back, the waist, the arms, the legs, and the feet and related viscera diseases are appropriately treated by using the instrument. Due to the appropriate intensity, accurate acting points, proper mechanical shaking force and proper directional force, protruding nucleus pulposuses are made to retract, the pressed cauda equine nerves and communication nerves of the double lower limbs are relaxed immediately, and therefore the pain feeling of lumbar disc herniation stops immediately. Favorable stimulation is exerted on the soft tissues and the blood capillaries around an injured bone to promote formation of blood vessel microcirculation, nutritional ingredients are provided for recovery of broken fibrous rings, and then formation of bone bridges is accelerated. Displacement of the vertebral bodies within short time again is restrained, and the treatment effect is consolidated. Generally, the combined instrument can take effect on patients one time, and symptoms are relieved after the instrument is used three times, and the pains can be relieved just through slightly hammering. The local staggered joints of the vertebras are corrected instantly, and the relative position of the skeleton structure is changed.
