The invention relates to a plugging, adjusting and washing process of an
oil well. The plugging, regulating and washing process is used for taking
enhanced oil recovery measures on a high-water-
cut-oil-producing well in oil
recovery production and comprises the following procedures that surface
active agent first enters a high-permeability part for cleaning remaining oil in the high-permeability part, and then a reverse profile control
polymer is injected into the high-permeability part, since the
viscosity of the reverse profile control
polymer is greater than that of the surface
active agent, the reverse profile control
polymer drives the surface
active agent to migrate to the deep part of a reservoir, and after the
oil well resumes production, the reverse profile control polymer migrates along a
backflow passage of the surface active agent under the
displacement action of injected water to form plugging; then complex water plugging agent is injected for carrying out high-strength plugging on the high-permeability part, the liquid outlet capability of an interval is reduced, and after that
cement is used for sealing a near-
wellbore area for preventing injected medicament from returning to be poured into a shaft; finally a
polymer solution is used for replacing a
slug to play an effect on washing the shaft. The displacement efficiency is improved while the high-permeability part in the interval is effectively plugged, remaining oil in the reservoir is fully excavated, the oil ingress potential of a single well is improved, and the
recovery rate is improved.
