6 results about "Epoxy amine" patented technology

An amine cured epoxy coating is an epoxy coating where an anime-based hardener was used in the curation process. In the most general sense, these epoxy coatings are described on the molecular level as having anime and alcohol functional groups formed during the curing. Four classes of amine hardeners are available: Aliphatic amines.

A perfluoroalkylsilane coupling agent for surface modification of a material and a method for preparing the same

The present application relates to the technical field of surface modification materials, and particularly relates to a perfluoroalkyl silane coupling agent for material surface modification and a preparation method thereof. The coupling agent comprises synergistically modified perfluoroalkyl triethoxysilane, an organic small-molecule functional regulator, an acid catalyst, a surfactant, a stabilizer, ethanol and deionized water. The synergistically modified perfluoroalkyl triethoxysilane is prepared by synergistic modification of perfluoroalkyl triethoxysilane, monohydroxyl column [5] arene, octakis(glycidyl ether propyl) silsesquioxane, N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane and 2,6-pyridine dimethyl formaldehyde through host-guest inclusion, epoxy-amine ring-opening reaction and Schiff base condensation reaction, and the organic small-molecule functional regulator is 9,10-dihydroxyanthracene. The preparation method is simple and suitable for surface modification of various substrates such as glass, metal, ceramic and polymer materials.

An aldehyde-trapping self-healing waterborne coating and a method of making the same

PendingCN122278287APolymer scienceSide chain
This invention relates to the field of polymer fine chemical materials and the synthesis technology of special functional waterborne coatings, specifically to an aldehyde-capturing self-healing waterborne coating and its preparation method. The invention discloses an aldehyde-capturing self-healing waterborne coating and its preparation method. This coating uses a side-chain carboxylated ketone-containing waterborne polyurethane-acrylate composite emulsion as the core film-forming material, forming dynamic hydrazone crosslinks with adipic acid dihydrazide, and introducing an epoxy-amine permanent crosslinking network. The side-chain carboxyl groups are derived from maleic anhydride grafted and undergo ring-opening transformation upon contact with water, and are covalently fixed to the polymer side chains, preventing the migration of small molecule acids and ensuring coating storage stability. After the coating cures, environmental moisture triggers the dissociation of side-chain carboxyl groups, releasing protons and catalyzing the dynamic exchange of hydrazone bonds, achieving room-temperature self-healing. Excess hydrazone groups in the coating capture aldehyde pollutants, and the newly generated hydrazone bonds introduce polar groups and crosslinking sites, enhancing network stability.

Multi-color injection molding process for smart wearable devices

PendingCN122167957AAdhesive cementPolytetramethylene terephthalate
The present application relates to the technical field of material processing, and discloses a multi-color injection molding process for intelligent wearable equipment, which comprises the following steps: preparing hard granules by melt extruding polybutylene terephthalate resin and epoxy-containing styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer; preparing soft granules by mixing thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamide-ester auxiliary; laser etching the hard skeleton bonding surface to form microtexture; and using segmented speed control in the second injection molding, using the shear friction heat generated by high-speed pulse injection to activate the epoxy-amine chemical cross-linking reaction at the interface. The present application realizes the firm combination of hard and soft materials without adhesives through the synergistic mechanism of rheological matching and in-situ chemical bonding, significantly improves the bonding strength and moisture and heat aging resistance of the interface, simplifies the process flow, and is suitable for the precision manufacturing of intelligent wearable equipment.

Water-based epoxy / amine composite high-temperature chemical sand consolidant for offshore oil fields and preparation method and application thereof

The application discloses a water-based epoxy / amine composite medium-high temperature chemical sand consolidating agent for offshore oil fields and a preparation method and application thereof. First, an alicyclic modified epoxy resin is mixed with a hydrophilic dispersible small molecular weight type hydrogenated bisphenol A glycidyl ether to obtain an epoxy resin premix solution; then, a modified polyurethane polymer composite additive, dimer acid diglycidyl and part of water are mixed and ultrasonically dispersed to obtain a modified additive dispersion solution; and then, the modified additive dispersion solution, a surfactant modified phosphate ester polymer dispersant and a compounded amine curing agent are added into the epoxy resin premix solution to obtain the water-based epoxy / amine composite medium-high temperature chemical sand consolidating agent. The water-based epoxy / amine composite medium-high temperature chemical sand consolidating agent is designed through medium-high temperature curing, is environmentally friendly, and is synergistically compounded with the amine, and still exhibits excellent permeability and consolidation strength in a high-temperature high-salt environment of 45 DEG C to 100 DEG C, is significantly better than traditional solvent type products, and meets the sand prevention requirements of medium and deep layers in offshore oil fields.
